Family, meet Trevor!

As I have now found my blog link on another blog page I frequent to stay in touch, I feel an obligation to be more present in distributing information on my families goings on.  This past June, Trevor Holmes has joined the fam.  He laster longer in baking than the first two, but only by 5 weeks.  Five weeks longer in utero means many things: 1) He was not RUSHED into the NICU, I got to see his crying face after delivery; 2) Jason's wedding ring did not fit over Trevor's hand; 3) His hospital stay was only 6 weeks, versus 16 weeks (Wyatt) and 12.5 weeks (Haley); and 4) You can never be prepared for 3 NICU children and the emotional trauma they inflict on their parents.

2 days old

In 6 weeks, to the day, Trevor came home.  Since this time, Wyatt takes to telling EVERYONE who cares to listen, "This is my brother.  He's cute".  Which is all true.  When we came home with Trevor, Wyatt asked to hold him.

Well, we have adjusted well to three kids.  If Trevor did not have a laid back personality, adjusting would not have been that easy.  I still make trips out of the house, albeit, not as spontaniously.  Sam's club is a favorite because of the two seats in the front and plenty of room in the back for the carseat.

Haley enjoys Trevor also.  She does the same things to him that she sees Wyatt do.  So I have to be extra careful what she sees Wyatt do to Trevor.

We flew to Missouri.  Yes, all of us.  Jason's sister's wedding was happening and many family members from here flew there.

We did some visiting to Kentucky to some Indian burial grounds.

The boys flew an airplane, which got stuck in a tree and subsequently removed by throwing a soccer ball at it, that Wyatt tried to grab with his pinchers of power (thank you Joseph).

Haley enjoyed running around in the wide open back yard at Aunt Holly's house.

Trevor has held by Aunt Holly for a long time.

Haley wore the cutest dress for Aunt Holly's wedding.  But she was super unhappy about the pigtails I put in her hair.

Wyatt insisted on wearing the hat which matched the dress clothes for the wedding.
Jason walked Holly down the isle at the wedding.  He looked good in his suit.

Since our trip back to Missouri, we've just been hanging out.

Life is good at the Holmes'.
